Cheques should be made payable to School Library Conference (WA).
SLC(WA) is not registered for GST, and therefore a tax invoice cannot be provided. Your registrar will be able to pay on the attached registration/invoice which states the conference ABN. The registration form serves as an invoice on payment.
Please send a separate registration form for each person.
Receipts and confirmation of registration will be forwarded when payment is received.
Sessions will be allocated on receipt of registration and payment.
Refunds will only be possible if notice of cancellation is received in writing before Friday 26th May 2006.
